Built for canal-front conditions

Living on the water at Paradise Point is the good life — but the Broadwater sends salt over everything. Paving stains at the waterline, glass fencing hazes over, and driveways up around The Esplanade go grey-black within a couple of summers. As part of our Gold Coast pressure cleaning service, we're on the Point most weeks.

We run rotary surface cleaners over large driveways and paved entertaining areas so the finish comes up even, with no wand stripes, and switch to controlled low pressure around glass fencing, stone and painted surfaces. Jetties, pontoons and boat ramps get the slime and salt build-up stripped back to safe, grippy decking — using run-off-safe methods, because it all ends up back in the Broadwater.

Paradise Point pressure cleaning FAQs

Can you clean our pontoon and jetty?

Yes — pontoons, jetties and boat ramps are regular work for us in Paradise Point and Runaway Bay. We use methods safe for the waterway, and we'll get the deck surface back to non-slip.

Why does our paving keep going white and chalky?

That's efflorescence — salts drawing out of the pavers, and it's common on the canals. It needs the right treatment, not just pressure. We remove it properly and can seal afterwards to slow it coming back.

How often should a canal-front driveway be cleaned?

With the salt exposure, every 12–18 months keeps concrete and pavers from going black. A seal after cleaning roughly doubles that — ask for a clean & seal price.
