“Andy's Services was the successful contractor at our Body Corporate AGM for our villa complex clean of the roof and exterior walls. Our complex consists of 83 villas with mixture of 2 and 3 storey designs. The roofs and walls were in a sad state with mould, algae and dirt stains visible to the public. Not pretty at all! And then along came Andy. Thank you so much. Basically, Andy restored our villas to their original looking condition. He is a hard-working business owner who takes great pride in his work. He is also very conscious of the requirements around bleach run-off residue and environmental damage. As our complex borders Emerald Lake, Andy was concerned about run-off and impacts on the lake. He devised an ingenious method to block the drains and divert the run-off away from the lake. Andy worked with the conditions (ie wind), to limit the effects of bleach on our gardens. With his off-sider, Rob, on the ground, Andy worked tirelessly in hot conditions, taking no short-cuts, and ensured that every villa was cleaned consistently to the same high standard. He was considerate of residents by informing them of the clean, advising them to close windows and move plants and furniture from balconies. When this procedure was not followed, Andy knocked on doors to alert the residents. The clean was so successful that we have been able to put-off re-painting for a number of years. We would definitely ask Andy's Services to clean our buildings again.”
